The Rudnitsky Law Firm is privileged to represent consumers throughout Florida and the United States who have suffered serious personal injury or wrongful death due to safety defects in cars, trucks, sport utility vehicles (SUV) and vans.
What makes our firm different?
First, Taras Rudnitsky is a former automotive engineer who has also previously served as a court-recognized expert. Mr. Rudnitsky has personally designed or tested air bags, seat belts, seats, steering wheels, steering columns, dash panels, instrument panels, vehicle structure and other vehicle components. He has personally conducted numerous crash tests and sled tests, and reviewed hundreds more. Mr. Rudnitsky's experience as a design and test engineer for General Motors has proven valuable in analyzing potential safety defects in numerous vehicle accidents. Drawing upon Taras's legal experience as well as his engineering background, we seek justice for those injured by a defective air bag (failure to deploy, non-deployment, aggressive deployment, airbag sensors, etc.), seat belt failures (false latching, inadvertent release, torn seat belts, etc.), defective tires, blowouts and rollovers, vehicle gas tanks and fires, doors and latches that open during a car accident, a defective safety cage, or other failure in a vehicle.
Second, we are not a firm that tries to be a "jack of all trades". We do not handle slip-and-fall cases. We do not handle dog bite cases. We do not handle tax disputes. Instead, our firm focuses on car defect cases and the injuries they cause in accidents. Mr. Rudnitsky draws upon his experience in personally investigating the restraint systems (air bags and seat belts) and occupant crash protection in numerous vehicle models, including those sold by Acura, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, General Motors (GM), GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mercury, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Plymouth, Pontiac, Porsche, Saturn, Toyota, and Volkswagen (VW). Our Case Examples page lists several of our firm's representative cases.
